If you cannot swim a meet, please sign-out through our registration system. Please log into your family account. On the left hand of the screen, you will see boxes that you can select. Please select “Meet Selection”. A screen with your swimmer’s name(s) should be listed at the top and the meets should be listed below on the left side. Please select “Yes” for the meets they will be able to attend and “No” for those that you will not be able to attend. You can also make selections if your child will be not available for both relays, the medley relay, or free relay.
If an emergency arises on the day of the meet and your child will be missing the meet or part of the meet, please contact Coach Margaret as soon as possible by e-mailing her at email@example.com.
All Pool Dues and Team Dues Must Be Paid by Tuesday
If you have an outstanding pool dues balance or swim team dues balance, please pay it as soon as possible. Per TSA rules, all dues MUST be paid before the first dual meet of the season.

WHERE TO PARK:
When entering the parking lot, please park downhill and to the left. This will give you the parking spots that are closest to the pool deck entrance. You will find a gate next to the garage so that you don’t have to walk around to the main entrance. Overflow parking for late arrivals is often to the right, and towards the back near the tennis courts.
WHERE TO SET UP:
The side of the pool with the lifeguard stand is reserved for the visiting team. Chairs will be in place for your coaches. There is ample room behind the coaches and in a shared space on the 25 yard end of the pool to use either the existing lounge chairs or your own bag chairs. The pool deck is surrounded by large trees that will shade the entire pool deck by 6:00PM.
TEAM WARM-UP TIME
Our team warm-up time is 5:30pm
TIMERS, PLACE JUDGES & S/T JUDGES MEETING AT 5:45PM
These volunteers from both teams will meet with both TSA Reps next to the announcer’s table at 5:45pm, so that we can begin the meet promptly at 6:00 pm.
FOOD & DRINK:
The Seven Oaks Snack Bar will be open for hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, drinks, candy, etc. You are welcome to bring your own coolers and food too, however, the standard TSA rules of no glass containers and no alcohol still apply
TSS Photography will be taking the photos again for the Killer Whales this season, but to ease to load on doing them all at the Red/White meet – we will offer photos on multiple nights during practice as well as before the meet Tuesday. We encourage as many swimmers & coaches as possible to have photos taken at practice on the Thursday or Monday if possible – time slots are shown below.
TSS will doing the team photo again this season by Virtual Group (using individual photos taken against a green screen backdrop to create the team photo) – so each swimmer and Coach needs to be photographed on one of these dates. Look for our photo tents set up on the pool deck.

For all new swim team parents, there will be an optional new parent meeting, this evening (Friday, May 26th) starting at 6 pm. There will also be a meeting on Wednesday, May 31st at 6 pm to make up for the meeting that was cancelled this past Wednesday due to inclement weather.
These meetings are an informal opportunity to meet board members, coaches and answer all your questions . We will meet at the upper pool deck near the pool check in desk.
The coaches and the SVST board are very excited to start another great summer! Please bring extra towels and warm clothes as it may be cool in the evenings. We encourage everyone to wear goggles and if your swimmer has long hair, a cap can be very helpful!

Due to liability and insurance issues, if you have not paid your pool membership or team membership dues, you WILL NOT be allowed to participate with the swim team (including practices) until all dues are paid.

Swimsuit Try On:
If you still need to try on a swim suit, please choose a date/time from those listed below. Swimmers must be DRY to try on these suits. In order for the suits to arrive in time for the Red/White Meet on June 6th, all orders must be placed by Friday, May 19th.

Delayed or Cancelled Practices:
To receive alerts from the coaches about delayed or cancelled practices, please sign up for our FREE text and/or email service. We are again using “Rained Out.”
Two ways to join:
1) Simply text SVST2017 to 84483 to receive alerts via text. OR
2) Visit the below link to take you to our Rained Out Page. You can enter your phone number or email address on this page. Step two is to enter a Validation Code. New Head Coach
We are pleased to announce that Margaret Geiger will be our head coach this season. We know that Coach Margaret will do a great job and we look forward to another terrific season!
Open House is April 30th:
New members may attend from 1-2 PM. Returning members from 2-3pm.
Meet coaches, ask questions, try on swimsuits and purchase spirit wear.
You may drop off your checks if you have already pre-registered online (alternatively you may mail in your checks to the address noted during the registration process or pay via PayPal).
You will order your swimsuit through the online team store again this year, however please make sure you have the correct size. There will be no refunds or exchanges available once your order is fulfilled.
